No, we don't have a referral program at the moment.

Currently we support Paypal, major credit / debit cards, Cryptocurrency payments and bank transfer.
# Do you provide custom managed services?

# Which SLA is applied to my service?
WebHorizon offers a 99.9% SLA across the products range. You can check our uptime status here.
# Do you offer a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We provide a 48-hour refund policy. In order to receive refund, a formal request must be made by submitting a ticket.
Refunds might not be allowed in some cases:
> You have already used more than 50GB of allocated data transfer.
> You have received the product as 'service tranfser' from another customer.
> You have sent the product as 'service tranfser' to another customer.
> You already have / had abuse report or your VPS IP was listed on any blacklist, including Spamhaus, blocklist.de and all other abuse compliant/site with legitimate evidence, GFW of China, etc., by the time you requesting for a refund.
> Renewal orders can not be refunded.
> For promotional items, the discounted products can not be refunded unless specified otherwise while ordering.
# Do you allow service transfers?
> Service transfers (owner change) requests are chargeable at $3 per service.
> Service should be active for 7 days at least before requesting transfer. Service can only be transferred to one account within 7 days.
> Promotional and discounted items might not be eligible for transfers, specific promotion rules apply.
# What ports do you block?
We do not block any ports by default, if you need to send emails we recommend using a 3rd party email sending service.
# Can I request to change the IP address?
Free change within 24 hours after activation, after that we charge $2 per instance.
